Gabi’s End of an Era Senior Session (by Scott & Breanna)

When you see Gabi’s senior pictures, you will probably notice the same thing that Scottie and I (Breanna) noticed… …this girl should be a model! I’m not sure if that’s what her parents want to hear or not, but it’s true. She’s not only tall and gorgeous but she was a complete natural in front of the camera! I asked her over and over again if she’d ever done modeling before because she just seemed to know what she was doing. Every time I asked, the answer was still no, but I still had a hard time believing it! Maybe it’s just because Gabi’s grown up watching how her older brothers and sisters do it, since this will be the fourth and final senior photo session we’ve done for her family! We’ve figured out that Gabi was probably only nine years old when Scottie and I started photography, and likely still pretty close to that age when her oldest brother’s senior photos were taken! It feels like the end of an era! I’m sure Gabi’s parents feel that way even more so as they get ready to watch their baby girl don her cap and gown for her graduation ceremony! I guess that’s why senior photos are so special in the first place, they mark both endings and new beginnings. They commemorate a major stage in life that’s about to transform into a new exciting and equally terrifying (maybe more so for the parents than the kids!) time in life. It’s a very special thing and we’re so happy that we got to be a part of it not only for Gabi, but for all of her family! Congrats, Gabi! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!
