Robin and Alex’s Artsy Engagement Session (by Scott & Breanna)

Scottie and I (Breanna), met Robin and Alex when we had just moved to Los Angeles and were at one of our friends’ famous potluck dinners!

It turns out that we actually met them right when they’d first started dating, but we thought they’d been together for years already because they just seemed to fit together so well!

So it wasn’t much of a surprise when we found out they were engaged, and it was quite the honor when they called us to do their engagement photos! Especially in the particularly awesome location they chose!

If you have never been to the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, well you are about to wish you had! Especially if you’re the photography or artsy type!

That’s why Alex and Robin chose it for their engagement session!

I mean, how could they not have?!  Amazing old brick buildings….

… the restaurant they went to the night they got engaged…

… and of course giant rats!

I mean it’s a dream come true for you whether you’re an artist looking for a wall that needs some decoration, the creative type who wants to find quaint little cafes,  or just a homeless person looking for a welcoming place to sleep! Whatever your thing is, the arts district has something for you!

Thank you Alex and Robin for giving us the honor of doing your engagement photos!!! We were so happy to be a part of this major moment for you two and we hope that this happy and exciting time in your life is just the first of many more to come! See you at the next potluck!
